With the latest version installed, I am told that my machine does not support virtual backgrounds. The help page does not list W11 among supported operating systems! Since this machine was able to jump Microsoft's high hurdle to install W11, I am sure that it is not deficient. After installing the linked version and finding that backgrounds were still unsupported, I checked for updates. That version was 5. Not an option and Zoom is no help! Sorry Zoom but this is ridiculous! Especially for paying customers! So I am supposed to downgrade my system for a virtual background? Doesn't make sense! I can only conclude that the restriction applies to machines with shared display memory, everything else checks out.
